training service for your T-HUB installation and training. While setting
up T-HUB does not take a lot of time, you may prefer to use our setup
service to hit the ground running while makiing sure it performs exactly
as your business needs.
How does it work?
We schedule an online training session with your staff. We remotely
install and configure T-HUB on YOUR computer to work with your Website,
QuickBooks/QuickBooks POS and Shipping software.
During the training session, Atandra Staff will
be able to control your computer while you can sit back and watch.
How many persons can attend the online training
session?
Any number of people can be at your T-HUB computer during
the training session.
Is it secure?
Atandra staff will have control of your computer only after you Grant
access and you will be on call with Atandra staff. You will be able
to watch all the steps performed by our staff to configure the application.
Before starting the meeting, our staff will advise you to close confidential
information on your computer such as Email etc. We use a completely
secure service from www.citrix.com to host the online training sessions.
