T-HUB, QuickBooks integrated Order Manager for osCommerce

Streamline order management between your osCommerce online store and QuickBooks. T-HUB order manager for osCommerce provides a simple interface to download osCommerce orders into QuickBooks. T-HUB integrates osCommerce orders with shipping software from FedEx, UPS or USPS (requires Stamps.com or Endicia Dazzle).

 

 

How does T-HUB integrate osCommerce and QuickBooks?

Easy download of osCommerce orders into QuickBooks

T-HUB can connect directly to your osCommerce store to download customers and orders from osCommerce and post to QuickBooks. Simple, 1-click operation to download new orders or schedule T-HUB to check for new orders automatically every few minutes.

 

osCommerce Store shipping integration with UPS, FedEx and USPS

T-HUB can transfer shipping information from osCommerce to shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager or Endicia DAZzle for USPS. You can even ship using the Shipping Manager module integrated within QuickBooks. Print packing list and shipping label without re-keying any data.


Once shipping labels are printed, T-HUB will automatically update order shipping status and tracking number to your osCommerce online store. Tracking email is sent to customer. You do not need to update one order at a time on osCommerce.

Update Inventory Stock from QuickBooks to osCommerce

T-HUB integrates your QuickBooks inventory with osCommerce. Transfer new products from QuickBooks to website. Select new items from QuickBooks and push a button to create products on website. Products created on website can then be updated by site administrator to add detailed descriptions, assign categories and add images. If you sell products with options (e.g. apparel in different size/color), T-HUB will create them as one product on osCommerce with multiple attributes. Please note that if you sell products with options and want to update inventory on website from QuickBooks then you must have the QTPro contribution module installed on website.

 

Once the products are created on the website, T-HUB will update any changes in price and/or quantity information from QuickBooks to website automatically.
