Streamline order management between your Infopia online store and QuickBooks. T-HUB order manager for Infopia provides a simple interface to download Infopia orders into QuickBooks. T-HUB integrates Infopia orders with shipping software from FedEx, UPS or USPS (Endicia Dazzle).

 

 

How does T-HUB integrate Infopia and QuickBooks?

Easy download of Infopia orders into QuickBooks

T-HUB can connect directly to your Infopia store to download customers and orders from Infopia and post to QuickBooks. Simple, 1-click operation to download new orders or schedule T-HUB to check for new orders automatically every few minutes.

 

Infopia Store shipping integration with UPS, FedEx and USPS

T-HUB can transfer shipping information from Infopia to shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager or Endicia DAZzle for USPS. You can even ship using the Shipping Manager module integrated within QuickBooks. Print packing list and shipping label without re-keying any data.


Once shipping labels are printed, T-HUB will automatically update order shipping status and tracking number to your Infopia online store. Tracking email is sent to customer. You do not need to update one order at a time on Infopia.

Update Inventory Stock from QuickBooks to Infopia

T-HUB integrates your QuickBooks inventory with Infopia. Transfer new products from QuickBooks to website. Select new items from QuickBooks and push a button to create products on website. Products created on website can then be updated by site administrator to add detailed descriptions, assign categories and add images. If you sell products with options (e.g. apparel in different size/color), T-HUB will create them as one DPS product on Infopia with multiple associated products.

 

Once the products are created on Infopia, T-HUB will update any changes in price and/or quantity information from QuickBooks to Infopia automatically.
