T-HUB ADVANCED offers QuickBooks and Shipping integration for your ECommerce website. This provides the highest level of integration between your website, shipping services and QuickBooks.

 

T-HUB Advanced will automatically download new orders from your websites. It will then send orders for shipping with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, Endicia for USPS. Once orders are shipped and shipping labels are printed, the tracking number and shipping status update is sent back to the website. You can even ship orders from within QuickBooks, using the Shipping Manager module inside of QuickBooks. T-HUB will get tracking number from QuickBooks and will update the order status and tracking number on website

 

For posting to QuickBooks, simply do a one-time configuration of how you want your online orders to QuickBooks. Every day when you want to post your online sales to QuickBooks, open T-HUB application, got to the process orders screen and push a button to post all orders to QuickBooks. T-HUB will create the customer and sale in QuickBooks as a sales order, sales receipt or invoice, ensuring an automatic update of inventory (in QuickBooks) so you have accurate information when you need it. T-HUB eliminates manual data entry from ecommerce to QuickBooks.

 

Inventory changes from QuickBooks can be posted to the website (check shopping cart compatibilty for this as this is supported for some shopping carts). T-HUB advanced can transfer product data from QuickBooks to website. It can create the product on the website with proper name, SKU, description, price and quantity from QuickBooks. It does not upload images on website. Once products are setup on website with SKU matching with QuickBooks, T-HUB will publish any quantity/price changes from QuickBooks to website. You can chose to publish only quantity changes, quantity and price change or none.

 

T-HUB automator can automate your process of downloading new orders from website, shipping, posting to QuickBooks and updating inventory on websites. You can activate this from your windows task bar and then it will keep running every few minutes. The automator will keep running in the background. You can configure which tasks need to be automated. For example you can just chose to automate order download from website and tracking update back to website and NOT to automatically update QuickBooks.

 

T-HUB Pro or advanced can also accept phone orders and process credit cards for these phone orders via Authorize.Net or QuickBooks ECommerce merchant account.
