How does T-HUB integrate eBay and QuickBooks?

Easy download of eBay orders into QuickBooks

T-HUB can connect directly to your eBay account to download customers and orders from eBay and post to QuickBooks. Simple, 1-click operation to download new orders or schedule T-HUB to check for new orders automatically every few minutes.

 

You can chose to download orders from ebay in Paid status or "Paid and Shipped" status. This way, orders in pending payment status on eBay does not download to T-HUB for shipping and does not get into your QuickBooks.

 

Orders can be sent to QuickBooks as a Sales Receipt or Invoice or Sales Order. Payment details are recorded in QuickBooks.

 

Items are automatically matched with items in QuickBooks. When listing items on eBay, you set CustomLabel of items on ebay with the ItemName from QuickBooks. This enables T-HUB to match items in orders to corresponding QuickBooks items.

 

T-HUB can record fee (eBay and PayPal fee) into QuickBooks as line items.

 

eBay shipping integration with UPS, FedEx and USPS

T-HUB can transfer shipping information from eBay to shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, Endicia DAZzle or Stamps.com (for USPS). You can even ship using the Shipping Manager module integrated within QuickBooks. Print packing list and shipping label without re-keying any data.


Once shipping labels are printed, T-HUB will automatically update order shipping status and tracking number to your eBay account. Tracking email is sent to customer. You do not need to update one order at a time on eBay.

I am a small business that has been selling primarily on eBay for over 3 years and looking for a way to reduce the time it takes to enter orders into my quickbooks.
