How does T-HUB integrate Amazon and QuickBooks?

Easy download of Amazon Seller Central orders into QuickBooks

T-HUB can connect directly to your Amazon Seller Central account to download customers and orders from Amazon and post to QuickBooks. Simple, 1-click operation to download new orders or schedule T-HUB to check for new orders automatically every few minutes.

 

Amazon Store shipping integration with UPS, FedEx and USPS

T-HUB can transfer shipping information from Amazon to shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager or Endicia DAZzle for USPS. You can even ship using the Shipping Manager module integrated within QuickBooks. Print packing list and shipping label without re-keying any data.


Once shipping labels are printed, T-HUB will automatically update order shipping status and tracking number to your Amazon seller central account. Tracking email is sent to customer. You do not need to update one order at a time on Amazon.

 

FBA orders are automatically marked as shipped while downloading into T-HUB, so they will not be sent to shipping again.

Update Inventory Stock from QuickBooks to Amazon

T-HUB can update quantity in stock from QuickBooks to Amazon seller central. Merchant SKU for products on Amazon must match the ItemCode in QuickBooks for the updates to work. New products must be created on your Amazon seller central account directly. Inventory update on Amazon is not supported for FBA items.

 

Record Fee in QuickBooks for accounting

T-HUB can record fee charged by Amazon as separate expense type transactions in QuickBooks. Fee is downloaded twice a month when Amazon prepares settlement reports. This feature is only supported for QuickBooks financial (Pro/Premier/Enterprise). It is not supported for QuickBooks Point of Sale.
