How do I know which edition of T-HUB I need?

There are 3 editions of T-HUB to help you connect online store with QuickBooks. You can choose one that is most suitable for your business needs. T-HUB Standard can download online orders into QuickBooks, automatically creating sales receipts or invoices. T-HUB Pro can import online orders into QuickBooks, plus provide for shipping integration and offline credit card processing. T-HUB Advanced can update inventory in real-time between your back-office and website. Compare features to help you decide.

Can I upgrade to another edition of T-HUB later?

Yes, you can start with T-HUB Standard and upgrade to Pro or Advanced later. However, you will be making a new license purchase, there is no credit for the edition you already have.

What if T-HUB isn't right for me?

There is a 15-day FREE trial which will help you decide if T-HUB is right for you. However, if you purchase T-HUB and you are not 100% satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund on purchase price.

Is it easy to setup T-HUB?

T-HUB installation involves copying some scripts to your server (through your admin website) and installing desktop software on your local computer. You will then configure T-HUB for the way you want to use it. In most cases, setup can be completed in under an hour.

How do I know if T-HUB can work with my website/online store?
