Data Flow
Manager (DFM) helps
with QuickBooks integration. Using this
software, you can integrate almost any system
with QuickBooks. Transfer customers, sales,
bills, checks, inventory or any other data
from QuickBooks to other systems. DFM can
import and export most QuickBooks data into
text files, XL or database formats. When
setup on a scheduler, DFM can easily automate
QuickBooks integration.
Use DFM to setup a nightly
transfer of sales data from your Billing
system. Any new customers will be added
and sales created automatically in QuickBooks
as Sales Receipts or Invoices. Review the
logs to see if all the records were processed
accurately and handle any exceptions manually.
