T-HUB connects directly to your website to download online orders. You do not need to download or transfer files between your website and QuickBooks. After a one-time setup, you can simply push a button inside T-HUB program to download orders from your online store.
 
Order file download from website
In this method, you will create an order file in your website using admin tool that you use for maintaining your online store. The order file should be downloaded to your computer. You will then push a button inside T-HUB to read in this order file and process online orders.
 
Automated/scheduled order download
You can configure T-HUB to run unattended on a pre-defined schedule. At appointed time (example - every 15 minutes), T-HUB will automatically check your website for any new orders and post sales into QuickBooks based on your preferences.
 
On-demand order download
T-HUB connects to your website only when you need it. When you are ready to process online orders, you will push a button in T-HUB to connect to your website and read in online orders.
 
Combine orders from multiple stores
If you operate multiple online stores, you can setup T-HUB to consolidate online orders from all these channels. When you use T-HUB, you can view all online orders in one screen.
 
Manually review/edit order details
You can edit orders for changing amounts, fees or adding special instructions. Your changes will be applied while posting to QuickBooks so your sales record in QuickBooks will be exactly as you want it.
 
Search/filter orders
T-HUB makes it easy to locate an order by order number, date, order status, customer name, email address etc.
 
Handling back-orders
Flag back-ordered items in T-HUB so you can separate them from others and handle them manually in QuickBooks.
 
Inventory updates from QuickBooks to online store
If you maintain your inventory in QuickBooks or QuickBooks Point of Sale system, you keep your online store inventory in sync with it. Whenever you record a sale or receive items into your inventory, the changes can be applied to your online store as well, saving you manual work of publishing new items in your website. Name your customers in QuickBooks however you like. Use a combination of first and last name, email, phone number, zip code to ensure that your customer is unique in QuickBooks.
 
Choice of sales receipt, invoice or sales order in QuickBooks
Online sales can be recorded as a sales order or sales receipt or invoice in QuickBooks. For each transaction, you can choose QuickBooks settings - line items, fees and shipping.
 
Record shipping charges
Shipping charges calculated on your website can be automatically applies as a line item in QuickBooks. You can also enter shipping manually or override them prior to posting in QuickBooks.
 
Flexibility in handling taxes
You can apply taxes calculated on your website. Or, T-HUB can calculate taxes (at state level) based on shipping address.
 
Assign class in QuickBooks
Use classes in QuickBooks to view sales performance by sales channels (by online store) or online vs. retail store sales. T-HUB can record class information along with the sale transaction so your QuickBooks reports are accurate.

T-HUB can print a packaing list that you can place in the box. Prices are not included in the packing list. Use QuickBooks invoice to show item level prices

UPS WorldShip and Endicia Dazzle enables merchants to batch process shipments directly from their PC. T-HUB integration with shipping software gives merchants the ability to export online orders directly from T-HUB to WorldShip or Dazzle at the click of a button. Once set up, no manual data entry is required.
 
Update tracking number in QuickBooks
T-HUB can store tracking number in QuickBooks along with the sale so you can refer to it for customer service.
 
Enter phone or mail orders directly into T-HUB using items/inventory in QuickBooks
Operate T-HUB like a basic Point of Sale system to enter a phone or mail order. The list of items from QuickBooks is available within T-HUB. Select an item and enter quantity. Add shipping and taxes and the sale is completed. Process shipping along with other orders and post them all into QuickBooks.
 
Credit Card processing (Authorize.Net or QuickBooks Merchant Service)

Process customer credit card payments for sales entered directly into T-HUB. If you have a merchant account with QuickBooks Merchant Service or Authorize.Net, you can enter credit card information in T-HUB and process payment using the same merchant account you use for online orders.

For online orders, if you have authorized the credit card and like to complete the card capture prior to shipping, T-HUB can do that using the authorization obtained on your website. This feature is available only for AspDotNetStorefront and Authorize.Net at this time.

 
Create Customers in QuickBooks POS
T-HUB can create new customers in QuickBooks POS. Existing customers are matched by Email address and updated if the customer already exists in POS
 
Post online orders as Sales Receipt or Sales Order in POS
You can set your preferences in T-HUB to post online orders to POS as either Sales Receipt or Sales Orders into QB POS
 
Shipping charges in QuickBooks POS
Shipping charges are posted to QBPOS under shipping information for the transaction.
 
Tax charges in QuickBooks POS
If tax is charged on an online order, the tax is also posted to QBPOS under the specified Tax Location.
 
Sales Rep and Associate for online orders posted to QBPOS
When posting online orders to QBPOS, the Sales Rep and Associate can be set to a specific value [e.g. Website]. This allows you to differentiate online orders in POS versus in-store orders
 
Multi-store order posting in QBPOS
If you use QBPOS multi-store edition, you can set the store number to post online orders to. Order from different online stores can be posted to different QBPOS store.
 
Multiple posting profile for posting orders to QuickBooks Accounting
Lets say you receive some orders paid by credit card online and some other orders to be paid on PO later. In this scenario you may want to post credit card sales as Sales Receipts in QuickBooks and orders on PO to be posted as open invoice. This feature allows you to setup multiple posting profiles based on certain business condition.
 
Separate deposit account by payment methods
With this feature you can deposit payments to different bank accounts in QuickBooks based on the payment method on order.
